Typically I do not send out blogs urging my clients to consider refinancing. HOWEVER, with interest rates at current levels, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE evaluate your current loan.  Rates are in the the 3-4% range right now (for 15 year fixed and 30 year fixed loans).  These are amazing rates than can save you a fortune over the long run.  I truly urge you to evaluate this for your own benefit--as I personally have nothing to gain from your refinance...I just want to make sure you do not miss a financial opportunity that we may not see again...If you have been thinking about it, please put it on your "to do" list this week. Its worth spending a little bit of time on this one.
