       The Latest Technology.  We make our agents' work life easier by equipping them with the latest technology.  Our transaction management software is available online, at any time from any where.  Upload a document when and where you want.  No need for paper files--we store electronically and by disk. Similarly, our digital signature software subscription allows our agents to provide their clients the ability to review and sign documents electronically.  Technology like this can ease your workload and allow you to offer excellent customer service.  Does your client need a file document?  If you've got internet access, you can send it to them immediately.

        You Keep More of Your Paycheck.   We do not have franchise fees.   Keep that fee in your own pocket.  We do not use our E&O insurance as a profit center.  Compared to the largest local brokerage, our E&O insurance is 75% lower.  That's over $1200 more in your paycheck each year.  We also generally offer higher than average splits.  For example, if you are a new agent, most 'big box' real estate brokerages will offer you a 50/50 split and then take the franchise, inflated E&O and other fees--leaving you less than half of your commission.  Simply put, with us you keep more of your paycheck.

        Your broker is an attorney.  You have an accessible broker AND your broker is an attorney.  In today's short sale and foreclosure driven market, access to an attorney can help you close more of your deals.  For example, if your short sale is approved but you are not sure about the continuing liability to your client, we can answer, help you negotiate language and assure your client about their post-closing exposure.  We have sold homes that have burned down in the middle of escrow, sat on conference calls with counsel from title companies to help provide the assurance they needed to issue the policy and drafted updated trust documents to facilitate a closing...we find a combined real estate and legal background immensely helpful and we believe it could help you, too.

        You Have Access to an Appraiser.  We offer an on-staff, highly credentialed appraiser to help facilitate your sales.  Whether its understanding whether an appraisal is accurate or undervalued, where to list a home, or providing the data you need to make sure your buyer or seller truly understands the value of the property in question, we've got you covered with an on-staff, court experienced valuation expert. 

        In House Short Sale Services.  Our team currently has a 100% success rate in closing our short sales.  While this four year perfect history does not guarantee future success, rest assured we will work diligently to try to preserve our 100% rate!  At Freedom First Properties, you have the opportunity to use these same negotiation services and experienced team on your short sale transaction.  We are ready to combine our team expertise to help you close your deal.
